Each session for individuals cost £45 and for couples cost £65


Yes, sessions can be booked on weekday evenings or Saturday and Sunday daytime.


Each session lasts 50 minutes and is at the same time every week.


The first meeting is a space for you to share your problem with me and for me to answer any questions that you would like to ask.


We normally work for six sessions and then have a discussion to find out whether you think our work together could be helpful to you and I give you feedback about the possible time frame.  We then decide to work together for as long as you find it useful.


If at any time you wish to stop coming, you can do so whenever you want.
